What brushes are included in your sets and what techniques are they suitable for?
All Pigmentori brush sets consist of high-quality synthetic bristles that hold their shape well and are suitable for acrylic, oil, and watercolor painting. Different shapes (Wide Flat, Flat, Round, Dagger, Fan, Cat Tongue, Filbert) allow you to create both broad strokes and backgrounds as well as fine details, textures, grass, hair, etc. The bristles are elastic, clean quickly, do not shed, and behave predictably in both dry and wet techniques. The handles are made of natural wood, have a comfortable balance, and do not slip even during long painting sessions.
Can your brushes be used for gouache and tempera?
Yes, our brushes work excellently with gouache and tempera as well. The synthetic bristles hold wet paint well, do not absorb it excessively, and release pigment onto the surface easily. After working with gouache, we recommend rinsing the brushes thoroughly immediately to prevent the paint from drying in the bristles.
How should I clean and store brushes to make them last longer?
After each painting session, rinse the brushes in warm (not hot) water with a small amount of mild soap or a dedicated brush cleaner. Do not scrub the bristles against a surface — it’s better to use gentle circular motions with your fingers. After rinsing, reshape the bristles into their natural form and let them dry horizontally or bristle-down. Never leave brushes standing in water bristle-down and do not use aggressive solvents for cleaning — this preserves the elasticity and shape of the bristles for many years.

How long does delivery take within Europe?
Standard delivery within Europe takes 1–5 business days. For most EU countries (Germany, France, Poland, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, etc.) packages arrive in 2–4 business days. To remote regions (islands, mountainous areas) it may take up to 5 business days. The tracking number is sent to your email immediately after shipment.
Is shipping to Europe free?
Yes, shipping across all of Europe is completely free for all orders — there is no minimum order amount. We cover the cost of standard shipping so placing an order is as convenient as possible for you.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item if it doesn’t suit me?
Yes, you have the right to return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt if the brushes have not been used, have no traces of paint, retain original packaging, and are in perfect resale condition. Refunds are issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
How do I process a return?
Write us an email with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We will send you instructions and (if necessary) a prepaid return label. After we receive and inspect the item, we process the refund within 5–7 business days.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay, as well as through the Shopify Payments system. In some countries local methods are available (e.g. iDEAL, Sofort, Bancontact, etc.). All payments go through a secure Shopify payment gateway that complies with PCI DSS standards.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes, completely safe. We do not store your card details on our servers — all payment processing happens through the certified Shopify Payments system. The connection is secured with HTTPS protocol, and the payment page shows a green padlock in your browser.

Where are your brushes manufactured?
Pigmentori brushes are produced at a office that specializes in high-quality artist tools for professional painters. We carefully control the quality of the bristles, balance, and handle finish at every stage to meet our own standards of comfort and durability.
Are your sets suitable as gifts?
Yes, all our sets come in sturdy, attractive packaging with a canvas storage bag inside — it looks very aesthetic and convenient as a gift. Many of our customers choose sets specifically as gifts for beginner artists, art school students, or experienced painters.
How quickly do you reply to emails?
We aim to reply to all emails within 1–2 business days, very often within a few hours. All communication with Pigmentori happens exclusively via email. If your question is urgent — please indicate this in the email subject line, and we will give it priority.
