All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of increased order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If a significant delay occurs, customers will be notified by email.

We offer free shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
European Union

International Shipping

7. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
